Returns & Refunds

You may return unused equipment in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Fuel and oil must be drained before pickup.

Contact support@cubcadetstore.com to start a return and we will arrange freight pickup.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the returned machine being inspected.

Damaged-in-transit items are replaced at no cost — report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
