Maintenance Schedule and Tips

Before every use: check the engine oil level, tire pressure, blade condition and that the operator presence system works correctly.

Every 25 hours: clean or service the air filter, clear grass build-up from under the deck, and grease the caster wheels and spindles.

Every 50 hours: inspect belts for glazing or cracks, check the battery terminals for corrosion and confirm the deck is level side to side.

Every 100 hours or annually: change engine oil and filter, replace the spark plugs and fuel filter, and sharpen or replace the blades.

End of season: stabilize or drain the fuel, clean the machine thoroughly, charge the battery and store the mower in a dry, covered space.
